Real Estate Agent Assistant (Dubai Based)

About the Role
We are a Dubai-based real estate professional seeking a reliable and proactive Real Estate Agent Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and lead generation. You will help manage listings, contact property owners, and handle admin tasks, allowing the agent to focus entirely on closing deals and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact property owners via calls, WhatsApp, and messages to offer listing services.
- Qualify leads and transfer only serious property owners to the agent.
- Create, update, and refresh listings on property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
- Manage property details, photos, and descriptions.
- Maintain CRM records and update client/property databases.
- Assist with scheduling viewings, sending location pins, and coordinating with clients.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Confident in calling and messaging property owners.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property portals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (CRM experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
Compensation
- Part-time: 2,000 – 3,000 AED per month.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
