We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role ideal for driven professionals who are passionate about real estate and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into successful rentals leasing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the Dubai real estate market
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations on behalf of clients
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions and property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
