Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales or leasing, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking and prospecting.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market insights.
- Negotiate and close successful deals.
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and trends.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- RERA certification is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
