Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and market research.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (sales or leasing).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and local property market.
- Excellent social, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and also be a strong team player.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
