Key Responsibilities:
- Convert provided qualified leads into successful sales for off-plan projects across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing project features and benefits to potential investors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction from reservation to contract signing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, specifically new off-plan launches, market trends, and regulations.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage your pipeline and report on progress.
