A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. Agents are expected to stay updated on market trends, legal requirements, and property values to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE residency; driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English / Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Compensation:
