Real Estate Broker – Dubai
We are looking for top-performing real estate brokers to join our Dubai office and work with exclusive high-quality leads (50%+ conversion) in the luxury property market.
What we offer:
Commission schemes:
- 40/60 — off-plan (company leads)
- 50/50 — secondary, repeat deals & referrals
- 70/30 — self-sourced clients
- Residence visa & RERA card (covered by the company after your first deal).
- Full-time, office-based in Dubai.
What we expect:
- Proven track record in real estate sales (off-plan or secondary market).
- Experience closing high-value deals with HNWI clients.
- English fluency (Russian fluency is a plus for Russian-speaking brokers).
- Strong professional image & ability to handle a 1.5–3 month sales cycle.
