Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and culturally attuned Emirati-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing our brand, guiding clients through property transactions, and contributing to the continued growth of our presence in the capital’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in residential and commercial property transactions
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Emirati clients and local stakeholders
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
- Stay informed about current property listings, market developments, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with fluency in Arabic and English
- Prior experience in real estate or customer service is preferred
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and cultural landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
