SECURITY GUARD WITH OWN VISA URGENTLY NEEDED
Job Description as follows:
- Monitoring & Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
- Incident Response: Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; report and document incidents accurately.
- Surveillance: Use surveillance equipment to monitor activities and identify potential security risks.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency procedures and protocols, including evacuation and lockdown measures.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage.
- Certifications: Valid security guard license or certification as required by state/local law.
- Skills:
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and surveillance monitoring.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle physical confrontations if necessary.
Work Environment:
- Varies between indoor and outdoor settings.
- May require working nights, weekends, and holidays.
