Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and leasing terms, managing client relationships, and handling real property transactions. The agent will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (fluency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus)
- A passion for real estate, sales, or client interaction
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus (training will be provided)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
- UAE Real Estate license is a plus but not required for freshers — guidance will be provided
- Willingness to work on a commission-based role
