Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
- Stay informed about new project launches, developer offerings, and market trends.
- Manage and publish property listings on major real estate portals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property consultations and site visits to off-plan developments.
- Generate leads through prospecting, follow-ups, and digital outreach.
- Work consistently to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a bonus).
- Currently based in Dubai and ready to work full-time.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
