About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent (Spanish Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi’s metropolitan areas.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
