Position Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently serve Spanish-speaking clients, navigate the UAE property market, and deliver exceptional service across residential and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions
- Source and list properties for sale and lease throughout Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings, market evaluations, and client consultations
- Provide expert guidance to Spanish-speaking clients throughout the buying or leasing process
- Negotiate offers and close deals in accordance with UAE regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and new developments
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and client-focused approach
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
