Square Yards is India’s largest integrated real estate platform with a growing presence in over 100 cities across 9 countries, including a strong foothold in the UAE. We are looking for motivated and dynamic professionals to join our UAE sales team and drive high-value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready real estate properties from top developers in the UAE.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property investment options.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided databases.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients.
- Provide guidance and assistance to buyers in purchasing property.
- Maintain a strong client relationship for future business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, project launches, and competitive activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic personality.
- Good knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own car preferred.
