Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and market insights.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network through prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, property laws, and market conditions.
- List properties on relevant platforms and ensure maximum exposure.
- Work closely with developers, property owners, and potential buyers to facilitate deals.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant ( not mandatory).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
