Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is seeking experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our elite sales team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property investment, in-depth market knowledge, and a track record of sales success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell off-plan residential and commercial projects in the UAE
- Source new leads through digital platforms, cold calling, and networking
- Guide clients through every step of the property purchasing process
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of project launches, developer inventory, and property prices
- Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely manner
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Strong background in off-plan property sales is highly preferred
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s property laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent closing skills and proven sales performance
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage
