KYG Prestige Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager- Secondary to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, successful sales record excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. As a Real Estate Agents, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive secondary market property sales.
- Identify potential buyers and sellers, build a strong property inventory, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Help the sales agent achieve their sales targets.
- Work closely with property owners, investors, and agents to close deals efficiently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance in the secondary market.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary sales.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and support.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to streamline operations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on secondary market transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, documentation, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
