Real Estate Off-Plan Agent – Abu Dhabi

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting and selling properties under development, working closely with top-tier developers and investors seeking early-stage opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers such as Aldar, IMKAN, and Reportage
- Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase process, from project selection to handover
- Provide detailed information on payment plans, project timelines, and ROI projections
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors and buyers interested in pre-construction opportunities
- Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and regulatory changes
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and client events
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Strong understanding of UAE property laws and off-plan transaction procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE real estate license and driving license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
