We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide elite-level support to one of Driven Properties’ most successful real estate agents, who operates across both the Dubai and London luxury property markets.
This is not a traditional PA role, it requires a trusted right hand with the initiative to open doors, spot opportunities, and operate seamlessly within a high-performance, client-focused environment. You will be instrumental in managing both professional and personal affairs, ensuring the agent can operate at the highest level across two dynamic, fast-paced markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development Support
- Act as the agent’s primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic collaborations on behalf of the agent.
- Assist in preparing and delivering high-impact property marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate viewings, networking events, and international property showcases.
- Liaise with marketing teams to ensure listings, campaigns, and branding reflect the luxury positioning of the agent’s portfolio.
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage a complex international schedule, balancing client meetings, travel, and personal commitments across time zones.
- Anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and ensure the agent is always fully prepared for every engagement.
- Oversee administrative processes including CRM management, expense tracking, and document preparation.
- Monitor luxury property market trends in Dubai and London, providing regular insights and reports.
Personal Assistance
- Handle personal appointments, travel arrangements, and lifestyle management to enable the agent to focus on business priorities.
- Source and coordinate personal services, from event planning to reservations, with the utmost discretion.
- Support personal and business branding initiatives, including social media and public relations opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a PA, EA, or high-profile client-facing role, ideally in luxury real estate, hospitality, or private client services.
- Naturally proactive and commercially astute — able to identify opportunities and act without instruction.
- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (real estate systems preferred).
- Impeccable discretion and professionalism, with a polished personal presentation.
