Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively generate and manage leads through calls, emails, social media, and property portals.
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and offer suitable solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years in real estate sales for agents; 4–6 years for English-speaking sales managers.
- Languages: Fluency in Russian or French is preferred. English fluency is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-driven, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- UAE real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
