Job Description:
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is results-driven, understands the local real estate market, and is ready to earn high commissions in a dynamic environment.
Note: This role is open to female candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Actively manage client leads and handle the full sales cycle.
- Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients based on their needs.
- Negotiate offers and close deals independently.
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends, projects, and pricing.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience, ideally in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, developers, and investment trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Confident, well-presented, and skilled in client handling.
- Candidates without real estate experience will only be considered if they have a strong background in high-performance sales roles (e.g., insurance, automotive, luxury retail) and solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
