Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Ajman. This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented real estate professional with a solid background in leadership, business development, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for meetings and viewings
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to improve productivity
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
What We Offer
