Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our expanding team in Ajman. This is a prime opportunity for a goal-oriented real estate professional who excels in leadership, business development, and long-term client relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and own a car for meetings and property viewings
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Deliver ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
