Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales process, support and guide agents, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and brokers.
- Monitor property listings, evaluate market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all deals are handled professionally and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support agents in negotiation and closing of property sales.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and forecast future results.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to support lead generation and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong network of agents and industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
