We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Receptionist & Admin Executive to handle the front desk and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and efficient, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintain office records, documents, and databases.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support all organizational departments with basic clerical tasks.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Handle basic correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
Assist in organizing internal events or meetings.
Maintain attendance and visitor logs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
