We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organised Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors to Alpago Group. This role is essential in creating a warm and professional atmosphere that reflects our brand and sets the tone for every interaction.
As Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the organisation — welcoming visitors, managing calls, coordinating front-of-house operations, and supporting key administrative functions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence — creating an exceptional first impression
- Manage a busy front desk, ensuring the reception area remains immaculate, organised, and aligned with our luxury aesthetic
- Answer and direct high volumes of incoming calls with discretion and clarity
- Handle general inquiries and liaise with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate communication
- Coordinate visitor access, issue badges, and maintain security and sign-in protocols
- Manage couriers, deliveries, and front-of-house administrative support across departments
- Assist with scheduling internal meetings and handling calendar requests when required
- Monitor and replenish front-desk office supplies and liaise with the wider admin team on stock and logistics
- Support the broader office team with ad hoc admin tasks, contributing to a seamless daily operation
- Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and service in all interactions — in person, on the phone, and via email
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or client-facing admin role within a professional or high-end environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and confident demeanour
- A naturally warm, welcoming presence with the ability to remain composed and attentive under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Professional appearance and personal presentation in line with a luxury brand standard
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
