We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will provide a positive and welcoming experience, handle front desk operations, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
