We are looking for a professional and friendly female receptionist to join our medical clinic. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have excellent customer service skills. She will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Register patients and update medical records in the system.
Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for smooth clinic operations.
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a receptionist in a clinic or healthcare facility is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient registration systems is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
