As a receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department, and handle inquiries from walk-in or online customers.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
• Support other departments with clerical tasks and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and assist in organizing meetings or events.
• Uphold professional standards and represent the company positively.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and relay messages effectively to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Key Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
