Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain reception area cleanliness
- Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous reception or front desk experience preferred
