We are a leading aesthetic medical center in Al Ain, dedicated to providing advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments. We are seeking a motivated and professional Patient Coordinator & Receptionist who can manage patient communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks either onsite in Al Ain or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions.
- Manage front desk reception duties (for onsite role).
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
- Support marketing activities by assisting with patient follow-ups and feedback collection.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, patient coordinator, or customer service representative (healthcare or aesthetics preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities effectively.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude (for onsite role).
