About Us:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Receptionist & Customer Support Specialist to manage front-office duties and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Assist with office mail, packages, and deliveries
- Customer Support Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, live chat, and social media)
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Track and manage customer queries, ensuring all tickets are resolved efficiently
- Maintain customer satisfaction by offering proactive solutions and support
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Handle product/service complaints and ensure customer concerns are addressed appropriately
- Document customer feedback and assist in improving processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Customer Support Representative, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, and stay organized
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
- Experience with live chat or customer support software is a plus
