We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in front desk operations and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain organized office files and records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
- Contact customers to pitch our services and promote business growth
- Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and close deals
- Update customer records and databases
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Arabic or Tagalog speaker with Excellent command of English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent in communication and customer service
- proficient in MS office
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- -Presentable, polite, and professional appearance
-1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front desk/customer service role
-Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
