Position Overview
We are looking for Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role goes beyond front desk responsibilities by actively supporting the company’s customer engagement, business development, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Customer Engagement & Business Support
- Call customers for follow-ups on submitted quotations. Initiate introductory calls to new customers and present company offerings.
- Build, update, and maintain a structured database of potential and existing customers.
- Email company profiles and other marketing material to prospective clients to support business growth.
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge will be an advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
