Job Requirements:
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Having the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at once.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
- Develop good relationships with existing and potential members/clients.
- Updating and maintaining the office documentation and databases.
- Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, in person, on the telephone, or via email.
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
- Good-looking with good personality.
Skills
- Minimum possesses a Certificate/Diploma in any related discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
- Highly motivated, confident, able to work independently, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Required skill(s): MS Office, knowledge about social media marketing or sales, and editing
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Salary may depend on the candidate's experience and expertise.
