Your Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Greet every client with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Manage bookings, reschedules, cancellations via Fresha and ClassPass
- Handle all client communication via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, phone calls, and emails
- Process all payment types accurately (cash, card, ClassPass, vouchers)
- Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
Sales, Upselling & Targets
- Actively upsell additional services or packages during booking and in-salon conversations
- Promote and sell retail products with confidence
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets – both services and retail
- Earn retail commission based on performance
- Keep track of daily sales, upsells, and targets using provided templates
Social Media & Branding Support
- Support the salon’s Instagram presence by posting daily stories, behind-the-scenes content, and service updates
- Capture and organize UGC (before/after photos, testimonials, stylist work)
- Coordinate with the owner for promotions, shout-outs, and campaign execution
- Help keep online presence aligned with Lish's brand identity
Salon Operations & Supervision
- Monitor service flow and technician timing to avoid client wait times
- Assist in scheduling staff and tracking shift coverage
- Handle basic inventory duties – stock counts, order follow-ups, display updates
- Communicate client issues, feedback, and operational concerns to the salon owner promptly
- Support salon events and manage guest lists or RSVPs when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a salon in Dubai
- Hands-on experience with Fresha; ClassPass knowledge is a big plus
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented personality
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Social media confidence – especially using Instagram Stories and Reels
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic reporting/admin skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
