The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, playing a crucial role in managing front-desk operations and delivering administrative assistance. This position ensures effective communication and helps maintain a friendly and organized environment within the training center.
Work Location : Al Qusais - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Respond to questions related to admissions, course schedules, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support student registration and manage relevant documentation
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage calendars for academic and admin teams
- Receive and distribute mail and packages, and manage routine correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when necessary
- Provide data entry and filing support to HR and administrative departments
- Assist with event coordination, including workshops and training sessions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience with student registration processes is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
