Helix Consultant Studio is a growing recruitment consultancy based in Dubai, dedicated to connecting businesses with the right talent across the UAE. We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic Part-Time Recruiters to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using online platforms, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets
- Assist in closing positions within set timelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Must be based in Dubai
- Available to work flexible hours
