Job description:
We are Hiring Recruitment Coordinator - Arabic Speaker only to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR team.
- Post job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and internal portals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare interview materials and update interview feedback records.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview for feedback and next steps.
- Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification, references, etc.).
- Support onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and communicating with new hires.
- Maintain recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support role.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools Naukri , Indeed, LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
