We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is going to be an Unpaid Internship for a period of 3 months.
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment process by helping source, screen, and interview potential candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR functions while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates using various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, matching candidates to job descriptions
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications
- Support job posting efforts by creating and updating job descriptions
- Maintain and update candidate database
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on various recruitment initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for sourcing is a plus
