We are seeking a creative and passionate Reel Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality short-form video content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement across social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of trends, storytelling, and video editing techniques tailored for mobile audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content (Reels) that supports brand goals and campaigns.
Stay on top of social media trends, audio, hashtags, and creative formats to keep content relevant and engaging.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand messaging.
Edit and optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement on different platforms.
Track performance metrics (views, shares, engagement) and iterate content based on insights.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and meet content deadlines.
Occasionally appear on camera or coordinate with influencers/talent if required.
Requirements:
Proven experience creating engaging Reels or TikToks (please include a portfolio or samples).
Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Excellent storytelling skills and attention to visual details.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Comfortable being on camera (optional but a plus).
Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Photography or graphic design experience.
Basic motion graphics skills.
Influencer marketing or collaboration experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
