Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager preferably strong background in banking and trade finance to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and SME clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions related to trade finance products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and structured finance instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, partnerships, etc.
- Act as the primary contact for all client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored trade finance solutions
- Ensure proper onboarding of new clients by assisting with end-to-end documentation, KYC, compliance, and operational setup.
- Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional trade finance instruments or services to existing clients.
- Escalate complex matters to senior management and coordinate with relevant departments until satisfactory closure.
- Maintain an updated pipeline with detailed stages, client status, expected closures, and follow-up actions.
- Submit sales reports in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and reporting schedules as may be prescribed
- Work closely with the internal team to support deal execution, participate in team meetings, and provide constructive client feedback.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With experience in a relationship management role preferably within a bank or trade finance institution.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance products and banking operations.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and generate new business.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
