Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably with a leading developer or brokerage.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-value environment.
- Client Focus: Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and international clients.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, German, Italian) is a plus.
