Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and help our clients grow their portfolio by delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The assigned Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assisting the clients, nurturing and ensuring long-term relationship for optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and support throughout the lifecycle.
- Resolve the issues and provide service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on client engagement, feedback, and business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Stock Market and Forex required.
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or business development required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- ·NISM certifications (Equity/Currency Derivatives), CFA/CFP is a plus.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
