- Process reservations through the reservation system accurately, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all bookings and guest interactions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the front desk, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor availability and report overbooking risks or special occupancy situations to management.
- Keep up to date with property promotions, local events, and competitor rates.
