We are a well-established hospitality company with over 21 years of experience in the UAE short-term rental and holiday homes sector. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Reservation Agent with solid knowledge of the UAE hospitality or real estate market
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and modifications across multiple booking platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and property management teams for smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and cancellations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Office Agent, or similar role in hospitality/holiday homes in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality and short-term rental market.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure with a customer-first attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
