Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. As an Operations & Reservation team member at Falcon Oasis Tours, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to travel bookings and reservations. This includes handling customer inquiries, assisting with itinerary planning, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring smooth logistical operations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the travel experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations and reservations within the travel and tourism industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- Knowledge of local attractions, hotels, and travel logistics in Dubai
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required
- Authorization to work in Dubai
