We are hiring for a Reservation Manager for our Holiday Homes to lead our reservations team and oversee the full booking process across all channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing teams, confident in making decisions, and proactive in handling both daily operations and high-profile guest interactions. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train a team of guest relations agents, cleaners, and maintenance staff. Ensure high service standards and efficient coordination.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all holiday home units, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest communication.
- Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and market trends to maximize ROI and revenue per property using platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
- Manage property listings and booking calendars across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, internal systems, etc.).
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
- Ensure a seamless and premium guest experience from booking to departure, handling escalations and maintaining 5-star ratings across platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, housekeeping, marketing) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy data, and suggest improvements for revenue optimization.
- Coordinate with property owners for onboarding new units, ensuring listings are optimized with high-quality photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Ensure all properties meet local tourism and DTCM (Dubai Tourism) licensing and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies to promote listings across online travel agencies (OTAs) and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reservations or guest services role, ideally in the holiday homes, hospitality, or property rental industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading or supervising a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Confident, optimistic, and friendly demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy and familiar with booking platforms, calendars, and channel managers.
