Role Summary
Maison De Vacances is hiring a Reservations Agent to manage booking operations across our short-term rental portfolio in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all reservation activities, handle guest communication, manage bookings across platforms, and ensure seamless coordination with the operations and housekeeping teams. This position requires real-time responsiveness, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the holiday home sector in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all guest bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, email, and direct inquiries.
Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and calendar availability.
Communicate with guests regarding confirmations, special requests, and issues.
Track payment statuses and coordinate with the accounts team for settlements.
Ensure guest verification and compliance with DTCM and DET regulations.
Liaise with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure each unit is ready before arrival.
Use Guesty and other CRM platforms to update, track, and report reservations.
Update pricing and availability in coordination with the pricing team.
Provide occupancy reports and booking performance summaries when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum two years of experience in reservations or front desk operations, preferably in holiday homes or hospitality.
Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty, and similar booking systems is essential.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Understanding of Dubai’s short-term rental compliance and procedures.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling real-time guest communication.
Tech-savvy, fast-responding, and well-organized.
Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
