We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is open to female candidates of any nationality. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, making room reservations, and providing outstanding service to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide information regarding hotel rates, facilities, and available rooms.
- Ensure accurate entry of reservations into the system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with administrative duties related to guest reservations.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
